Hifas-Microbiota is a capsule supplement based on pure extracts and organic Reishi, Lion's Mane, Pleurotus and Shiitake powder.

Formats (glass and refill): 60 capsules (604 mg) containing standardized pure extracts from Hifas da Terra, selected from unique strains with the best analytical results. Each capsule contains 150 mg of organic extract of Hericium erinaceus (Herizumib®), 150 mg of organic extract of Ganoderma lucidum (Ganozumib®), 50 mg of organic powder of Hericium erinaceus (Herimax®), 50 mg of organic powder of Pleurotus ostreatus, 50 mg of organic powder of Lentinula edodes, and 26 mg of organic rice maltodextrin.
Precautions and Allergens
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor. Store in the original packaging at a temperature below 25 °C. Do not consume if the seal is damaged or broken. Once opened, consume within two months. Take on an empty stomach before main meals.
Space 1 hour or more apart from oral medications. Stop taking 72 hours (3 days) or more before having any form of surgery.
